NOTICE OF DISSOLUTION
OF
ST. VRAIN METROPOLITAN DISTRICT

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that effective December 28, 2025 the St. Vrain Water Authority (“Authority”) will be dissolved.

An Agreement for the Dissolution of the Authority was approved by the Authority Members, Town of Firestone and Little Thompson Water District, in the manner and by the vote required by law and the Authority’s Establishment Agreement.

All assets and records have been transferred to the Town of Firestone.
